This year I was very late on doing Halloween tutorials, I have had this art project I was working on for the past couple of months with a cosmetic company leaving me very little time to do more elaborate looks. Anyhow, these 3 looks are so simple and easy, anyone can do them. They work great for all ages, man or woman and take very little time and very affordable easy to find products.
