Eyeshadows <3
Contour Kit <3
Shady Lady Contour powders are absolutely perfect for contouring your face. They're absolutely matte, provide just a little bit of coverage, and contain HD Microspheres so they blend beautifully.
Shade Selection: These are made to match the Brightening Concealers.
Shades #1, #2, and #4 are very very neutral taupes. Shade #3 has a bit of warmth to it.
Spotlight is a very slightly pink tinted shimmery Illuminating Powder. It's great as a finisher, and helps perk-up a dull complexion with fine gold, and pink interference pigments.
Runway is a lightly tinted bronze shimmery Illuminating Powder. It's great as a finisher, and helps perk-up a dull complexion with fine gold, and copper interference pigments.
Illuminating Powders blend beautifully, help absorb oil, and leave a radiant airbrushed finish.
Concealers <3
Our Brightening Concealers are the perfect choice for hiding little flaws, and work wonderfully as a matte highlighter. They contain silica, and our HD microspheres so they blend beautifully, help blur fine lines, and give you a radiant glow. They're great for setting cream concealers, or you can use them all by themselves.
Shade Selection: Shade #1 is great for HD Foundation Shades in the 10-30 range. Shade #2 is for 40-50, Shade #3 is for 60-70, and Shade #4 is best for 70-80.
In general you want to choose a color that is two shades lighter than your foundation, or one shade lighter than your concealer.
Hello My Glamorous Friends! Welcome Back! Today I have my early spring 2015 look book to share with you. These are the outfits I have worn over the past couple of weeks. The weather is unpredictable right now, so here is how I have dressed.
I took a mini road trip in this look, comfortable yet cute!
I like to pair sparkly sandals with a chunky sparkly necklace to make basics pop.
Necklace/Sandals/Tank/Plaid Shirt: Walmart
Jeans: Almost Famous
This is a look I wore to do work, I love pairing lace and leopard print. this outfit is about
comfort yet looking professional.
Necklace: Walmart
Blazer: JCPenney
Leggings and Lace Tunic: 599store
Boots: DEB
This is a date night look, I wore this to dinner. I love the ruffles to the top and the ruffles on the sandals. I like to wear a belt with these types of flowy tops. Having a larger top half I MUST belt off the waist otherwise being so short I would look pregnant... I love to always show my hourglass shape. Make your clothes work for you.
Earrings: JewelryByNet
Top: Elder Beerman
Belt: DEB
Leggings: Big Lots
Sandals: unlisted
I wore this as an outfit of the night. I frequent night clubs/bars touring with
my musician friends nearly every weekend.
I rarely wear tennis shoes out but I really was feeling lazy and wanted to be comfortable.
Bandana/Plaid Shirt/Stripe Dress/Socks: Walmart
PA Shirt/Black Tennis Shoes: Rue21
Here is another outfit of the night. I love switching up patterns that aren't
typicially where you would expect them. You don't always have to wear a plaid top around the waist, go for a basic if the crop top is too busy. The bandana ties in the black top with the white jeans. It's all about wear you place the colors to me. I like to tie everything into each other.
Bandana/Necklace: Walmart
Plaid Crop Top: 599store
Black sheer top: Elder Beerman
White jeans: rue21
Bloody Heels: Spirit Halloween Store
I wore this to run errands. I love ancient egypt. If you know the history then you will know that the royalty wore alot of animal prints so it was only natural for me to pair this crop sweater up
with snow leopard tank and shoes. I feel like the pastel green necklace and jeans would be what a modern Cleopatra would do.
Necklace: Mirellas Jewelry Box
Crop Sweater: 599store
Snow Leopard Tank and Pants: Walmart
Snow Leopard Shoes: amiclubwear
This is one of my favorite outfits I have ever worn. I wore this last Saturday to my bf's underground hip hop show. I felt good, REAL GOOD! <3 The tank is just a simple 'wife beater' mans tank that I cut and tied to fit my body. Get those scissors out on your man's clothes.. lololol
Earrings: XOXO
Jacket: H&M
Studded Bra: Strawberry
Jeans: Almost Famous
Boots: DEB
Here is another comfy outfit of the night. I go to rock shows too.
Bandana/Plaid Leggings/Fishnet sweater: Walmart
Jewelry: Essem Design
Boots: wild diva lounge
When it rains, just throw on some heeled boots to keep your look girly!
Necklace/Plaid Shirt: Walmart
Jeans: Almost Famous
Boots: mudd
Sometimes keeping it simple is the cutest. I was stoked when I found this lipstick kiss tee to match my bandana that I have had for years! I wore a lil lipstick necklace as my accessory. MUAH xxxx
Bandana: JoAnn Fabrics
Lipstick Necklace: Graffitti Divas Boutique
Tank: Walmart
Red Jeans and Black Shoes: Rue21
Another outfit of the night, this time it was all about matching this gorgeous necklace to an outfit. The necklace has many colors of jewels on it and I really wanted that to stay center of attention. I wore a super sequiny tank underneath the sheer blouse. I feel like it's sheer for a reason and you should wear sparkly tanks instead of the basic ones.
Tank: Vanity
Bow Blouse: 599store
Necklace/Jeans: Walmart
Shoes: Charolette Russe
Here is a celebrity inspired look. I seen Beyonce and a couple of Kardashians doing a similar look, but I personally thought they all did it wrong! Bey wore a denim top with denim skirt and leopard heels. The KKs wore almost exactly the same thing bey did but wore black boots.
BLAH!!!! It's spring have fun!! Mix it up!
Glasses: Dollar General
Top: Christopher & Banks
Skirt: Style J
Shoes: DEB
Here is another work look. I like the pastelly colors.
This entire look was thrifted from Goodwill.
Socks: Savvy Sock
Boots: Rue21
I like dressing up leggings. This blazer is really a heavy material so I thought as thin of fabrics as possible for the rest of the look. A bright colorful necklace and shoes made me feel very spring like. I love when the colors smoothly go together. :D
Blazer/Tank: 599store
Necklace: Forever21
Leggings: Walmart
Shoes: DEB
Gawd, I love this outfit so much. My sister had an outdoor wedding where you had to stand next to a waterfall and gazebo. Let me tell you how happy I was to be wearing pants!!!! I stayed warm enough and still looked dresser then the people in dresses. HA!
Bracelet/Hat/Pants: Dollar General
Necklace: Walmart
Crop Top: Forever21
Sandals: vintage DEB
Purse: Lauren Merkin
I'll be back in a couple weeks with my spring outfits, hopefully it warms up!
I am ready for skirts and dresses and high heels! Thanks for stopping by!
Today I have this dope rainbow facepaint palette that I just started getting addicted too. I actually bought this one in New York either last year or the year before at IMATS and finally got around to playing with it. I love collecting rainbowish items and this was a perfect little starter to a facepaint collection. This is where you can find this paintwheel online:
http://www.wolfefx.com/hydrocolor-rainbow-cake/
Is all you do is get the paint wet slightly with water. I hold it at an angle so the water drips downwards so you don't get a mixture of all the colors. Only use a little bit of water at a time. I usually start out with a white cosmetic base then add the paint to the top of it.
Super vivid colors and blendable.
That's all I've done so far, I'll be back with more pics of me playing around with this palette :D
